Responsible Gaming

onebet a.s., as a legal operator of gambling, fully respects and supports reasonable and justified regulation of the industry in accordance with the law, particularly aimed at preventing pathological gambling and the participation of minors in gambling activities.

The most reliable protection against addiction is always a responsible approach by the player, based on informed decisions, considering financial capabilities and the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that, in moderation, gambling is not a cause for concern.

Gambling by Minors

Gambling by individuals under 18 years of age is illegal in the Czech Republic. As part of the identification process, we verify the player's age through the population register managed by the government. Individuals under 18 are not allowed to continue registration and cannot participate in gambling. We take the prohibition of minors participating in gambling very seriously. If you suspect that a minor is using our website, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can take immediate action.

We strongly recommend following these guidelines:

  • Gambling is for entertainment, not a source of income.
  • Set self-limiting measures based on your financial situation.
  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
  • Stick to your set budget for gaming.
  • Don’t increase your bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
  • Set a time limit for how long you want to spend gambling.
  • Take regular breaks while gambling and keep track of the time spent.
  • Avoid gambling under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or when you are tired.
  • Make sure you understand the rules and principles of the game before you start.

If you feel you are losing control over your gambling, don't hesitate to seek help using the contact points listed below.

If you feel that you no longer have control over your gambling, you can exclude yourself from playing by registering in the Register of Excluded Persons (RVO). RVO is a non-public information system of public administration in the Czech Republic, operated by the Ministry of Finance under the Gambling Act. A registration in the RVO will prevent you from gambling with all operators and depositing money into your gaming account.

How to register in RVO?

In addition to the option of registering in the RVO on the Ministry of Finance website, you can also register through our website. You can choose to register for 48 hours or permanently (with the option to request removal from the RVO after one year). To register in the RVO, you can use the Panic Button, which you will find on our website after logging in.
