The operation of internet technical games is authorised by a decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic under Ref. No. MF-19557/2021/73-155, internet live games under Ref. No. MF-19558/2021/73-58, and internet lotteries under Ref. No. MF-52193/2025/73-24. These decisions confirm that the operation of gambling games fully complies with the laws and regulations applicable in the Czech Republic.
By law, the stake in a single technical game may not exceed CZK 500, and the winnings from a single game may not exceed CZK 500,000. Details of the maximum stake and maximum winnings for each individual game are specified in the Gaming Plan.
